About Russian Caravan- Bari Tea Brewery
Russian Caravan tea is a mysterious character, no doubt drank at evening campfires in the days of camel trains crossing Asia along the Silk Road – or perhaps by the camels themselves. This tea is toasty with smoky notes and a hint of Lapsang Souchong, it evokes a warm fire on a cold wet day.
Note: 'Russian Caravan' refers to a style or recipe of blended tea. Just as 'English Breakfast' tea isn't necessarily made in England, this product - or any of its ingredients - were not made in Russia!
This is a loose leaf tea blended at the Bari Tea Brewery in Amble-by-the-Sea.
Bari [“baa-ree“] is lovely in Northumberland.
