About Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
This Exceptional coffee comes to us from the Sidamo region of Southern Ethiopia and has earned the rank of the Best High Grown Coffee in the region. The high elevation and shaded growing conditions allows each bean to grow very slowly, giving them extra time to absorb more nutrients and develop more complex flavours from the coffee cherries pulp, which gives this coffee a premium, well rounded flavour profiles.
Roasted exclusively on the Aillio Bullet in small batches at a medium roast elicits delicate flavours of elderflower, lemon, white grape coupled with a crisp, buttery snap.
