The aim is to initially work alongside the retail manager in serving coffee to customers and replenishing supplies at the ‘pod’ on Amble Harbour.

Following this initial sales period, the production training will commence at our roastery unit which is nearby (10mins walk/5 min drive). Here, the jobholder will be trained in the role of production assistant. This covers the production and packing of coffee beans, and also making and packing fudge which is made at the same premises. Uniform and all necessary protective clothing will be provided free (including Covid related items and lateral flow testing).

Overall, it's an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, and to learn a lot about the coffee industry .
