Sake Coffee is a fully washed coffee processed at the Sake Coffee Washing Station in the eastern province of Rwanda. This sweet coffee is the product of the hard work of 2,400 farmers (mainly women). Sake farm is part of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA).

MM Comment: We found the overall flavour to be floral and light when made as an Americano, but adding milk it became a smooth and sweet drink. However, the espresso gave a massive hit bringing forward earthy tones with hints of liquorice.
